"Jackie was ever so helpful. After set up was complete I went in and looked over coverages. I seen I have towing and car rental reimbursement with lower deductible and higher premium payouts and getting it cheaper than I did with my previous insurance company NW who wasnt on my side offered higher deductibles and low payout premiums. I'm not saying this is how it will be for everyone but definitely call this office for a quote it doesn't hurt. You might end up getting better coverage for the same amount you pay or even lower and who doesnt want that especially in todays economy. Very happy with my experience with them today. Thank you guys so much. *UPDATE* literally was in an accident with a deer at 1:34am. Came home and did everything on the app. I had the garage and car rental place call me this morning and was in my renter by 11:45am same day. I am so amazed at the quality and readiness to serve your customers. It's so refreshing and honestly peace of mind. So glad I made the switch and I can tell this is going to be an easy transition. Keep up the amazing work. I feel like a celebrity or some big wig because everything was handled so quickly and efficiently. Thank you thank you thank you. Update** my car was a total loss after I hit a deer. State farm works so quickly and efficiently to get me and my car paid off so I could go and get a new one. Literally had everything handled within 10 days. So impressed with how state farm handles business. So glad I made the switch. Thank you thank you thank you. Update 4-14-26**** Still with State Farm and couldn't be happier. Same great service and insurance. Nothing has changed no accidents no tickets and I have seen over a $100 drop in price for my 6 month renewal which is amazing 😉 this insurance company is the best of the best in my area. Im am extremely satisfied with the insurance I am receiving and everyone is amazing at the office. Thank you all so very much."
