Amy has a long career with State Farm, beginning in the 1980s. She started as a field representative with our claims team and then truly made State Farm "a family" after meeting her husband, Mark, while working together. Amy and Mark were relocated to a new operation center in Bakersfield before moving back to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. She became licensed to work in insurance at the Matthew Cashdollar Agency after raising her two sons.
Amy’s goal is to ensure our customers are completely comfortable with their auto and home insurance process. She joined our office last year after partial retirement and continues to help our State Farm customers each day.
Amy is a dog lover at heart, enjoys the outdoors, cooking her family recipes, and mostly enjoys spending time with her husband.

Deanna handles most service-related activities for our State Farm customers. With over 20 years of experience providing exceptional service, she now leads the Customer Relations Team at our agency. Deanna enjoys connecting with our many customers on the phone and ensuring they are getting the most out of their auto, home, and life insurance coverage. She is a dedicated problem solver, working closely with people to address any issues or concerns.
Originally from Colorado, Deanna moved to southwestern Pennsylvania over 28 years ago to raise her family. She is a proud mother of three children – a son and daughter both serving in the US Coast Guard, and another daughter who performs by day and makes monsters by night. Deanna is also the proud GIGI of a beautiful 2-year-old granddaughter and is expecting another granddaughter in November of 2024.
A huge fan of the "happiest place on Earth" and Broadway musicals, she loves the Steelers but remains a Broncos fan at heart. When not in the office, Deanna and her husband David enjoy traveling extensively.

Gina is a native of North Versailles who started with our agency in 2021. She is licensed to help protect all that you cherish in life, including your family, possessions, car, and home. Gina is also actively learning how to help protect your future assets through financial services. Her continued goal is to learn all the many ways she can assist people with their auto, home, and life insurance and financial service goals. Though she is no longer at the front desk, she is always happy to talk to anyone about their needs.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duquesne University in 2018, Gina spent two years in Florida as an apprentice service dog trainer and a doggy daycare attendant. She is happy to be back in the ‘Burgh, working somewhere that won’t leave her covered in fur at the end of the day.
Gina cares deeply about the environment and stresses the importance of sustainability for future generations.

Jackie was raised in South Georgia and is a huge fan of the Georgia football team – Go Bulldogs! She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she studied sports administration. Jackie resides in Plum Borough with her husband Steve and their dog Roxie. When not working, they enjoy visiting local breweries and coffee shops, as well as trying new local restaurants in the Plum Borough area.

Jocelyn lives in Morningside with her partner, Vin, their children Carmelina and Enzo, and their four dogs: Rocki, Charlie, Mack, and Ozzi.
