He grew up in the N Versailles area and graduated from Grove City College in 2020. Adam returned to Pittsburgh last fall after several years serving local communities in Latin America through music and youth ministries. Amber is fairly new to the insurance industry with just over 2 years of experience. However, she is no stranger to customer service. She comes to us with 20+ years of customer service and nearly a decade of bank experience. Amber truly enjoys getting to know her customers and is passionate about assisting them in determining what's going to protect them and their family. Her focus in the Cashdollar State Farm Agency is helping new customers with their specific insurance and financial needs.
Pierogies, Primanti's, Steeler's football, and the awesome view from Mt Washington are all things Amber loves about being born and raised here in Pittsburgh. She and her 3 daughters will often take trips to the city for "Sunday Funday." While not at work or church you can find Amber being the loudest cheerleader for her daughters who are active in many activities like: basketball, volleyball, softball, and cheerleading.
Her goal will always be to provide the absolute highest level of service in her role as Personal Account Representative.

Brenda Lloyd

With more than 30 years of State Farm experience, Brenda is here to help you with all of your insurance needs. She is focused on protecting what is most important, making sure your loved ones are taken care of if something should ever happen to you. Her compassion for others is evident in the way she handles every interaction in our Greensburg office.
Born and raised in Western PA, Brenda is an avid runner, having completed 7 marathons. She is always active, both in and outside the office, which you'll notice if you sit down at her desk. David, her husband, owns an excavating business, which Brenda helps manage when she isn't helping customers at the Cashdollar State Farm agencies.
If you see her away from work, it will probably be out spending time with her chocolate lab, Grace, or volunteering at her church.

Deanna DeFazio

Deanna handles most of the service related activities for our State Farm customers. She has over 18 years of experience with State Farm providing exceptional service, and now leads the Customer Relations Team at our agency. She enjoys talking to our many customers on the phone and ensuring they are getting the most out of their coverage. She is a problem solver and works closely with people to help address any issues or concerns with their insurance.
Originally from Colorado, Deanna moved to southwestern Pennsylvania over 28 years ago to raise her family. She is a mother of three children – a son and daughter both serving in the US Coast Guard, and another daughter who performs by day and makes monsters by night. She is also the proud GIGI of a beautiful 2 year old granddaughter & has another granddaughter due in November of 2024. She is a huge fan of the "happiest place on Earth" and loves Broadway musicals. While she loves the Steelers, she is still a Broncos fan at heart. When not in the office, Deanna and her husband David spend their time traveling – A LOT.

Gina is a native of North Versailles who started with our agency in 2021. She is licensed to help protect all that you cherish in life – your family, possessions, car, and home, and is now learning how to help protect your future assets as well. Her continued goal is to learn all of the many ways she can help people through their insurance and financial service goals. Though she is no longer at the front desk, she is always happy to talk to anyone about their needs.
After receiving her bachelor degree in psychology from Duquesne University in 2018, Gina spent two years in Florida as an apprentice service dog trainer and a doggy daycare attendant. She is happy to be back in the ‘burgh working somewhere that won’t leave her covered in fur at the end of the day. Gina cares deeply about the environment and stresses the importance of sustainability for future generations.

Jackie has been helping customers with their State Farm Insurance needs since 2014. She is a licensed insurance representative for Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance. As our Office Manager, Jackie is responsible for leading the team and running the day-to-day operations of the agency. Her passion is protecting families from the unexpected and taking care of you as if you were her own family.
Jackie was raised in South Georgia and is a huge fan of the Georgia football team, Go Bulldogs! She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she studied sports administration. She resides in Plum Borough with her husband Steve and their dog Roxie. When not working, they like to visit breweries and wineries, as well as try new local restaurants.

Joanie Gartland

Joanie is one of our Customer Relations Representatives in the Greensburg office. She joined the State Farm team in February 2023 and is licensed in the state of PA for auto, fire and business insurance. Joanie enjoys helping customers and understanding their insurance needs to quickly find a resolution, especially when they are frustrated and upset.
Prior to joining the Cashdollar Agency team, Joanie worked in the bank industry for 28 years, after studying at BCI Trade School and WCCC. She lives in Greensburg with her husband, Zane, and they enjoy relaxing at home on the weekends. Her hobbies include jigsaw puzzles, cooking, birdwatching, playing bingo and poker. Joanie has a large family, with five sisters and four brothers, so when they get together on major holidays, it's a BIG gathering!

Jocelyn Santucci

Jocelyn is our newly licensed team member, joining the team in late spring of 2024. She is a Pittsburgh native and University of Pittsburgh graduate. Jocelyn brings to the Cashdollar State Farm Agency over 15 years of customer support and relations – she strives on finding a solution to every problem and is companionate about assisting others. She is eager to learn about you and your family’s needs and to find the optimal coverages for all stages in life!
Jocelyn lives in Morningside with her with her other half, Vin, and their children, Carmelina, and Enzo. Both are very active in school, neighborhood sports teams, and love to play with their three pups, Rocki, Charlie, and Mack! It's a busy home for her family, which helps prepare her for the quick pace at the agency.
If you come into the North Versailles office, you'll be greeted by Jocelyn and her warm smile. She will do everything possible to make your experience a positive one, whether it's in person or on the phone.
